The availability of products on this web site is usually kept well up to date.  Most of the time products on our website shop shown as available usually are. However, occasionally things may sell out during the day before they can be changed to being sold out or unavailable.

The appearance of “Add to Basket” against an item is not a guarantee that it will be in stock.

If an item is sold out, we will aim to bring it back into stock as quickly as possible. Everything on this website shop is offered “Subject to Availability”.

Every effort is made to keep prices and the sizes of plants in stock up to date.
As stock levels change every day, one size may sell out and be replaced by a bigger or smaller size. Pot size may vary slightly on plants depending on the batches. For example: a plant supplied in a 10.5cm may also be available in a 10cm pot. A price appearing on the website may vary from that in our other locations where we supply plants, however we try to minimise any variations where possible. The appearance of an item on this website does not automatically mean it will be always in stock.

In the event we sell out of a branded product, we may offer a suitable alternative in another brand.

Perishable items (such as plants)

If you change your mind, you may return it, in its original packaging and condition, for a refund excluding delivery charges within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

If your purchase is faulty / damaged, you may return it for a full refund including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Non – Perishable items (such as fertilizer or tools)

If you change your mind, you may return it, in its original packaging and condition, for a refund excluding delivery charges within 14 days of purchase.

If your purchase is faulty / damaged, you may return it for a full refund including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 12 months of purchase.

Please include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact number and receipt.

Delivery charges are free for some products such as Gift Vouchers.
These show up as shipping included, otherwise shipping is added separately to your basket.

Small items may be sent by standard post. Larger items are delivered by courier service.

If a product is not available, a similar product of equal or greater value may be substituted in its place.

Sales Tax – VAT is included in all prices shown.

These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to amend or correct any website content, without prior notice.
